Starter Ingredient ID Package

Included with your system is our starter Ingredient ID Package with database save/search functionality. The database has been generated using over a 100 different nutraceutical ingredients.  Using this Ingredient ID package you can place incoming unknown samples onto the measurement fixture and within seconds match your unknown sample to your entire database. If you are receiving a sample for the first time you can add it to your library with a click of a button.  Matches are displayed on screen in order of %match and the user can then click on any match to see its actual library spectrum and compare it to the captured one.  Simple to use, easy interface.

Starter Amino Acid Packages

Included with your system is our starter Amino Acid Calibration. These calibration models predicts concentration of arginine, creatine, and glutamine from mixtures. The calibrations were generated using over 30 different amino acid sample mixtures varying in composition and has an estimated error of prediction less than +/-1% when measuring similar samples.  It is the perfect calibration to get you up and running measuring amino acid mixture blends.  Of course, you may have your own secret blend and this starter package simply servers as a demonstration. Calibration Model Refinement and Customization

Our Nutraceutical Analyzers are based on NIR (near-infrared) reflectance technology and the system’s accuracy is based on our starter calibration package and comparability with your own samples.

Our new ChemWiz-ADK PRO App software allows users to easily make new models for their own new samples and custom blends. If you would like additional support, we recommend that along with each ChemWiz-ADK-N, a Calibration Model Refinement and Customization Service Package be added to guarantee the best possible performance of your system.

Calibration Model Development for Similar Sample Type

There are many types of nutraceuticals, raw ingredients, processing intermediates, and blend formulations that can easily be measured with the ChemWiz-ADK-N. Our new ChemWiz-ADK PRO App software allows users to refine and customize our starter calibrations to their own local samples. If customers would like additional support, we recommend purchasing a Calibration Model Development Service Package along with your ChemWiz-ADK-N.  Calibration model development usually takes just a few weeks and you will be assigned a StellarNet calibration development engineer who will work with you to finalize your custom analyzer solution.
